The Spring Festival

春节

Chinese New Year is one of the biggest festivals in China.

中国新年是中国最大的节日之一。

We call it the Spring Festival.

我们称之为春节。

It is in late January or early February.

它一般在一月底或者二月初。

The holiday is just one week, but there is so much to do!

假期只有一周，但是有很多事情要做。

At the Spring Festival, people always visit their family and have big meals.

春节时，人们会走亲戚，吃大餐。

There are many kinds of lucky food: dumplings, rice cakes, spring rolls and yuanxiao.

幸运食品种类繁多，如：饺子，米糕，春卷和元宵。
