Mid-Autumn Day

中秋节

Mid-Autumn Day is usually in the month of September or October.

中秋节通常在九月或十月。

On that day, families get together. We stay ouside in the open air and eat a big dinner.

那一天，全家团聚。我们待在户外吃一顿丰盛的晚餐。

On that day, we eat mooncakes. The mooncakes are small and round. They look like the moon. There are many kinds of mooncakes. They can have meat, nuts or something sweet inside.

那一天我们会吃月饼。月饼小小的，圆圆的，看起来像月亮。月饼有很多品种，它们里面可以是肉、坚果或一些甜的东西。

On that day, the moon becomes brighter and rounder. We call it the full moon. Everyone takes time to look at the moon at night.

那一天，月亮变得又圆又亮，我们称之为满月。每个人晚上都会花时间去看月亮。

This is our Mid-Autumn Day. It is a Chinese festival. It is time for us to enjoy the happiness with our family.
