It was winter. It was snowing hard.

I'm so hungry. I'll go out to find some food.

Little Rabbit was looking for food. She dug in the earth and found two carrots.

小兔子正在找食物。她挖土，找到了两个胡萝卜。

Yummy!

Little Rabbit ate one carrot right away.

小兔子立即吃掉了一个胡萝卜。

Little Rabbit wanted to eat the other carrot. Then she stopped. She thought of her friend, Little Donkey.

小兔子想吃另外一个胡萝卜。接着她停了下来。她想到了她的朋友小驴子。

Little Donkey may be hungry, too.I'll take this carrot to him.

小驴子可能也饿了。我要把这胡萝卜带给他。

Little Donkey was looking for food. He dug in the earth and found two potatoes. He ate one right away.

小驴子正在找食物。他挖土，找到了两个土豆。他立即吃掉了一个。

He wanted to eat the other potato. Then he stopped. He thought of his friend, Little Sheep.

他想吃另外一个土豆。接着他停了下来。他想到了他的朋友小绵羊。

Little Sheep may be hungry, too. I'll take this potato to her.

小绵羊可能也很饿。我要把土豆带给她。

Little Sheep was not at home.

小绵羊不在家。
