Yesterday Ken and Ann invited Mocky to their house. Mocky saw a birthday gift on the table. He said 'Happy birthday' to Ken, but it wasn't Ken's birthday. So Ken, Ann and Mocky looked at a calendar. They checked their birthdays one by one.

英国的季节

In the UK there are four seasons-spring, summer, autumn and winter.

在英国有四个季节——春天，夏天，秋天和冬天。

Spring is from March to May. The weather gets warmer. Flowers come out and the trees become green. However, the weather changes in spring. One day it's sunny, and then it's windy and wet.

3月到5月是春天。天气越来越暖和。花儿绽放，树木变绿。然而，春天的天气变化无常。在同一天中，天气一开始晴朗，然后又变得多风和潮湿。

In summer, it's often sunny. People put on their sun hats. Sometimes it's rainy so it isn't always hot.

Autumn in the UK is in September, October and November. Trees become orange and brown. It's often rainy and windy. People always take an umbrella with them.

Winter is from December to February and it's the coldest time in the UK. It is cold, wet and windy and it sometimes snows. Children put on their coats and play outside.
